Albertville is also a place alive to the rhythms of the local people going about their daily business. Each "quartier" has its own name and identity as well as an annual street festival: “Hauts de Conflans”, Charles-Albert square, plain of Conflans, Saint Sigismond, “Val des Roses”, Chiriac square….
