  • On foot

Albertville is at the crossroads of two valleys in an exceptional natural location. A huge choice of marked trails and routes exists, on the plain or in the mountains, from easy strolls to more challenging trails for confirmed mountaineers.

Around Albertville, the forest tracks established and maintained by the national Forestry Department, lead you to he heart of the woods … through the villages … towards the crests dominating the valley…
There are marked trails which leave from Ste Hélène, the hamlet of Villaret or from La Pallaz. To get to the alpine chalet, allow 3 hours of walking in the forest.
The la Thuile alpine meadow : the starting point for walks to the summit of the Grand Arc (difficult), la Dent du Corbeau (medium), the Fontaine Claire lakes (easy), depending on your fitness!
